  Membership
NR CAER members must meet AT LEAST ONE of the following criteria to the satisfaction of the Northeast Region CAER Board of Directors:
  1. have first response capability within Northeast Region CAER boundaries,
  2. have a business that involves the manufacture, transport, or storage of materials that increase risk within Northeast Region CAER boundaries
  3. is a municipality that falls fully or partially within the Northeast Region CAER boundary
  4. any other applicant may be granted membership by resolution of a majority of the Board
All members must pay the membership fee as established by the Board.
