Northeast Region CAER is a partnership of more than 40 community-minded industries, municipalities, chemical transporters and government agencies dedicated to emergency response and education initiatives in the industrial region northeast of Edmonton.  

Since 1991, we have been sharing best practices for coordinated response to industrial emergencies and natural disasters. Northeast Region CAER focuses on:
